Graphic Designer – Multi-Brand Marketing

Job Overview:

This role spans three connected but distinct brands:

  • premium IT and cybersecurity for high-risk, high-touch clients
  • fast, reliable rural broadband that doesn’t overpromise
  • cybersecurity and managed network services built for custom integrators

Scope of Work

  • Designing campaign assets across print and digital: one-pagers, service flyers, trade show collateral, pitch decks, infographics, and ebooks.
  • Creating visuals for blog posts, email campaigns, and social (LinkedIn-first mindset).
  • Collaborating on landing pages and paid ads—working with content leads to make things convert.
  • Helping refine and enforce brand systems across all three companies (logos, type, color, templates).
  • Translating complex, technical material into easy-to-grasp, visual formats that actually get read.

Skills

  • 3+ years of design experience, ideally in a B2B, agency, or multi-brand environment.
  • High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma or Canva is a bonus.
  • Strong layout and typography skills—especially when handling dense or technical material.
  • A sharp eye for brand tone and how to visually differentiate between them.
  • Comfort juggling multiple deadlines and switching between design types (e.g. a polished investor deck one day, a gritty cybersecurity flyer the next).

Bonus Skills

  • Have worked with cybersecurity, IT, or telecom brands before.
  • Understand how design impacts lead generation, conversions, or UX.
  • Have light motion graphics/video chops for trade show loops or social teasers.
  • Can write a clear design rationale and explain your choices without jargon.
